👉 None at all! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have trained before, we’ll tailor the session to your level. Your first 1-on-1 is all about getting comfortable and learning the basics.
👉 Not at all — kickboxing training will actually get you fit fast. Sessions are designed to push you at your pace, so you’ll build cardio, strength, and confidence as you go.
👉 Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and a towel. We’ll provide all pads and gloves for your free trial. If you continue, we’ll guide you on any personal gear worth investing in.
